All orders are kept confidential and packaging is always discreet.
We do not disclose your personal details, credit card number or email address to anyone.
We may email you with product updates and special offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails please let us know.

Payment

You may order online, by phone or mail.
All payments must be in Australian currency. Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received.
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visacard.
We will accept personal cheques, however goods will not be shipped until funds are cleared. Please make all certified cheques and international money orders payable in Australian dollars to:

Refunds & Exchanges

By ordering from this site you accept our no refunds policy.
In the case of defective workmanship or materials we will exchange or repair the item subject to approval. Please advise us in detail of the problem via email or phone. If approval is granted, the item MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please make sure you take accurate measurements as we will not be able to offer refund or exchange due to measurement errors.
We will not be able to refund or exchange if your weight fluctuates between the time you took your measurements and the time you receive the item.
Although we strive for colour accuracy, the colour calibration of computer monitors can vary considerably and we are unable to exchange or refund due to colour variation.

For Australian Orders:

For All Orders Outside Australia:
- Prices include economy air freight
- Insurance
- Packaging

Delivery

For all orders delivery should take 4-8 weeks from the date on which payment is received. Overseas orders are shipped by economy air. All orders are insured.
For delays other than those caused by postage, we will notify you by email.
Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import duty or tax for which we cannot accept responsibility.
