Refunds & Exchanges

In the case of defective workmanship or materials we will exchange or repair the item subject to approval. Please advise us in detail of the problem via email or phone. If approval is granted, the item MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Depending on availability, we may offer an exchange if incorrect size is ordered, but please make sure you take accurate measurements as we do not offer a refund for incorrect size.

Although we strive for colour accuracy, the colour calibration of computer monitors can vary considerably and we are unable to exchange or refund due to colour variation.
